Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery and must be pre-authorized by emailing info@tradingnepal.com for confirmation. Returns sent without authorization will be refused. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. Items must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt, in original condition, and must be salable as new. Restock fee is assessed by the Returns Manager upon inspection and may be waived when store credit is taken (instead of a refund). Used, installed, blemished, incomplete items will not be accepted for return. Special order items may not be returned under any circumstances.
