Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery and must bepre-authorized by emailing info@tradingnepal.com for confirmation. Returns sent withoutauthorization will be refused. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.Items must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt, in originalcondition, and must be saleable as new. Restock fee is assessed by the ReturnsManager upon inspection and may be waived when store credit is taken (insteadof a refund). Used, installed, blemished, incomplete items will not be acceptedfor return. Special order items may not be returned under any circumstances.
